Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female)

Qualification: MBA / B.Tech in IT or Software / BBA

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Female) with at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT or software sector. The candidate will focus on generating leads, engaging with potential clients (especially international), and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
• Present and promote products/services to clients
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Work with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain records using CRM tools

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in sales or marketing (IT/software preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot is a plus
• Self-driven and result-oriented
