Clinical Support Executive

As a Clinical Support Executive (Surgical Operations) at SS Innovations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of surgical operations by providing technical, clinical, and operational support to our surgical teams. Your role will involve close collaboration with the product development team, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to optimize clinical outcomes. Strong communication skills, a profound understanding of surgical workflows, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential for this position. Your responsibilities will include providing on-site support during surgeries to facilitate the seamless use of SS Innovations products, conducting training sessions for surgeons and healthcare professionals on product usage, assisting surgical teams with equipment setup and troubleshooting during operations, acting as a liaison for customer support, gathering feedback for product improvement, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and staying updated on the latest surgical techniques and product innovations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in surgical technology or medical device management would be advantageous. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical support, surgical operations, or related fields within the healthcare industry is required, with a preference for experience in surgical procedures or operating room environments. Key skills for success in this role include a solid grasp of surgical instruments and operations, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adeptness in troubleshooting technical issues during surgeries, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Being detail-oriented, safety-conscious, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with clinical teams and surgeons are also important attributes.
