Clinical Specialist - Infusion Therapy

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Clinical/KOL engagement activities such as scientific discussions, RTMs, meetings with KOLs, and providing technical approval for new or existing brands. Additionally, you will be conducting Therapy Awareness and Adoption programs through CNEs, workshops, and nursing awareness programs. You will support KOL development, clinicians for clinical trials, and provide technical sales support for the conversion of accounts. Your role will also involve internal and external training, troubleshooting related to products & concepts, product evaluation, feedback, and engagement with external Healthcare professional bodies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in Clinical/KOL activities - Conduct Therapy Awareness and Adoption programs - Support KOL development and clinicians for clinical trials - Provide technical sales support for account conversion - Conduct internal and external training - Troubleshoot product & concept-related issues - Evaluate products and provide feedback - Engage with external Healthcare professional bodies Qualifications Required: - Openness to traveling in the assigned state - Experience in Infection control/Nursing Training/Nurse educator role in Medical Disposables Organization/Hospital in Critical Care/Vascular Access Portfolio - General Nursing Diploma/Degree holder - Excellent communication skills,
