Clinical Research Associate

Your responsibilities will include performing a wide range of CRA duties, starting from site selection and initiation, progressing through routine monitoring visits, and concluding with close-out visits and database lock. You will collaborate closely with our client's study team and benefit from having a dedicated ICON line manager for guidance and support. Your oversight of study site management will ensure the production of high-quality data, leading to minimal query levels and positive Quality Assurance reports. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring other team members, thereby contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Ideal candidates for this role will possess the following qualifications: - Education background in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm D, BDS, or MBBS - Minimum of 2 years of onsite monitoring experience in Oncology (excluding training and induction periods) - Strong and effective communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently This position is based in Chennai, offering a dynamic and fulfilling work environment where you can apply your expertise and contribute to impactful clinical research initiatives.,
