Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to support the mental and emotional well-being of our students. The role includes providing counselling services, conducting assessments, and creating a supportive environment that promotes students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counselling for academic stress, anxiety, and personal challenges.

Conduct psychological assessments and track student progress.

Organize workshops on mental health, stress management, and study strategies.

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and, when necessary, parents to support students holistically.

Maintain confidential records and share reports on mental health trends to support institutional policies.

Qualifications:

M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution.

Master’s degree (MA) in Psychology, completed in regular mode.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Psychology, completed in regular mode.

Valid RCI license (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally working with young adults or in academic settings.

Strong communication, counselling, and assessment skills.

Ethical, empathetic, and team-oriented professional approach.

  • Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 INR per month
