Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist (RCI) at Tulasi Healthcare's Gurugram center. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and providing individual or group counseling sessions. The role also involves conducting psychological testing, supporting mental health treatment plans, and offering clinical supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team. The Clinical Psychologist will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care to patients and supporting their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and application of Psychology, Mental Health principles, and Counseling Psychology
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Clinical Supervision methods
• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapeutic services to patients with psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues
• A recognized Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
• Empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to work closely with patients and families
• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation settings is a plus
