Clinical Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team at Neuro Foundation Hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, effective, and rational use of medications while providing high-quality clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient counselling.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to drug therapy and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize medication care plans.
• Participate in clinical rounds and provide pharmacotherapy recommendations.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct medication audits and support antimicrobial stewardship activities.
• Educate patients on proper medication use, dosage, and side effects.
• Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy protocols and clinical guidelines.
• Provide training and guidance to pharmacy interns or junior staff when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
