Clinical Nurse

As a Clinical Nurse, your role involves analyzing test results, providing patient and family education, prescribing medication as per the care plan, evaluating and managing post-surgery complications, and identifying risks for surgical issues. You will also be responsible for instructing, coaching, and mentoring fellow nurses and healthcare providers, as well as evaluating the quality of care provided by them. Additionally, conducting research in the nursing field to incorporate new information into practice will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing test results - Providing patient and family education - Prescribing medication based on care plan - Evaluating and treating post-surgery complications - Identifying risks for surgical problems - Instructing, coaching, teaching, and mentoring other nurses and healthcare providers - Evaluating the nursing care provided by healthcare providers - Conducting research in the nursing profession Qualifications Required: - Experience with Microsoft Office: 1 year preferred - Experience as a Front desk Receptionist: 1 year preferred - Total work experience: 1 year preferred - Proficiency in Tamil preferred - Proficiency in English preferred Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers.
