Role & responsibilities

Description

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all clinical and on-field activities related to the companys medical devices. This includes clinical support during product demonstrations, training of healthcare professionals, managing post-installation clinical engagement, and supporting the sales team with scientific and technical expertise. The role bridges medical expertise with business objectives to ensure successful adoption of devices in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product demonstrations, hands-on training, and workshops for doctors, audiologists, nurses, and technicians.
  • Support installation and clinical validation of medical devices in hospitals and clinics.
  • Develop training modules, user manuals, and clinical protocols for end-users.
  • Accompany the sales team for clinical presentations and case support.
  • Assist during clinical trials, pilot programs, or first-in-market product deployments.
  • Provide after-sales clinical support and troubleshoot clinical application issues.
  • Build relationships with leading clinicians, audiologists, and surgeons to promote awareness and usage of products.
  • Facilitate advisory board meetings, CMEs, workshops, and conferences with KOL participation.
  • Gather clinical feedback and relay it to the R&D and product management teams.
  • Support publications, white papers, and case studies demonstrating device effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report clinical outcomes to strengthen product positioning.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive adoption and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide clinical inputs for marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and conferences to showcase clinical benefits of the devices.
  • Maintain proper documentation of training, trials, and clinical evidence.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, ENT, or related field.
  • 2–8 years of experience in clinical support, training, or product application in the

    medical device industry

    (ENT, Audiology, Neuro, or related domains preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hospital workflows, clinical practices, and medical device regulations.
  • Proven experience in conducting clinical workshops, training sessions, or CMEs.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (with clinicians and technical staff).
  • Clinical and technical expertise with medical devices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and end-users.
  • Analytical skills for clinical data interpretation and feedback analysis.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for on-site training, demos, and conferences.
