Clinical Manager- Indira IVF Udaipur

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.

Lead and oversee multiple verticals of IIHL including Clinical Operations, Immunotherapy, Indira Fertility Academy, HIS, FNB, and MatCare.

Manage end-to-end execution of projects across these verticals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Prepare and present strategic data and performance reports for periodic review meetings with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.

Ensure all presentations are tailored to stakeholder expectations and decision-making needs.

Manage daily operations across IIHL centers including deputation, renewal, licensing, and compliance of doctors.

Oversee ART and PCPNDT applications, consultant hiring, on-call doctor arrangements, and reimbursement processes.

Handle admissions, NMC applications, FRRO processes, and training modules for international students under IFA and Merck programs.

Coordinate logistics, documentation, and support for fellowship students including stipend disbursement and accommodation.

Align schedules for the Chief of Clinical and Lab Operations based on priority engagements such as webinars, townhalls, reviews, and KOL interactions.

Coordinate with domestic and international KOLs for on-site sessions, webinars, and timely payment processing.

Prepare centers for accreditation processes including QAI and RTAC by ensuring documentation, training, and compliance readiness.

Conduct due diligence for new center launches and HIS implementation.

Facilitate training and knowledge updates for doctors and staff via the LMS portal.

Draft and implement EMR protocols and clinical SOPs in consultation with leadership.

Conduct periodic audits of zonal teams and review performance across 160+ centers nationwide.

Draft creatives and promotional content for clinical services, highlighting benefits to drive business growth.

Strategically design service packages and pricing for both domestic and international centers.

Manage PLI and PNL for assigned verticals, ensuring financial health and accountability.

Oversee payments to vendors, KOLs, and consultants.

Handle R&R payments via ERP and ensure timely booking of invoices in the P2P system.

Facilitate creation and onboarding of new vendors as required.

Ensure compliance with ART regulations by managing consent forms and coordinating with the MRD department.

Liaise with the legal team for documentation and compliance related to PCPNDT, GTCMS, and other regulatory frameworks.

Maintain timely updates of doctor privileges and ensure all regulatory requirements are met across centers.
