Your deep understanding of clinical environments and healthcare IT systems will be essential to ensure that our IT solutions align with clinical needs and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a clinical subject matter expert, providing insights into healthcare processes, workflows, and patient care. - Collaborate with product development teams to integrate clinical best practices into healthcare IT systems. - Lead the design and optimization of healthcare software to enhance patient care, clinical efficiency, and safety. - Train and mentor internal teams and healthcare professionals on the use of IT systems in clinical settings. - Conduct clinical workflow assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions for improvement. - Stay updated on medical and healthcare IT advancements, trends, and regulations to inform solution development. - Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating clinical knowledge and IT solutions to prospective clients. **Qualifications:** - Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree is required. - Certification in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or similar. - Experience with telemedicine, clinical decision support systems (CDSS), or mobile health technologies. - Knowledge of quality improvement methods in healthcare (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
