As a Clinical Expert at our Healthcare IT team based in Gurugram, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between medical practice and technology solutions. With a minimum of 10+ years of clinical experience and expertise in healthcare IT systems, your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a clinical subject matter expert to provide insights into healthcare processes, workflows, and patient care. - Collaborating with product development teams to ensure IT solutions align with clinical needs and regulatory requirements. - Leading the integration of clinical best practices into healthcare IT systems such as HIS, EMR, and EHR platforms. - Providing input on the design and optimization of healthcare software to enhance patient care, clinical efficiency, and safety. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of clinical solutions. - Training and mentoring internal teams and healthcare professionals on IT systems in clinical environments. - Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, protocols, and data privacy laws. - Conducting clinical workflow assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions for improvement. - Staying updated on medical and healthcare IT advancements, trends, and regulations. - Supporting pre-sales activities by demonstrating clinical knowledge and IT solutions to prospective clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree. - Certification in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or similar. - Experience with telemedicine, clinical decision support systems, or mobile health technologies. - Knowledge of quality improvement methods in healthcare.
