Clinical Engineer

As a Clinical Engineer at HRS Navigation, a rapidly scaling deep-tech medtech company based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining medical equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs of computer-assisted surgical devices. Additionally, you will be providing technical support to clinical teams and collaborating with medical professionals and engineers to maximize system performance. This role offers you the opportunity to directly impact patient care through advanced surgical technology. Key Responsibilities: - Support surgeries through demos and post-sales activities - Install medical devices at customer locations - Troubleshoot medical equipment - Train hospital staff and surgeons on the proper use of medical devices - Provide software troubleshooting during on-field assistance - Maintain relationships with renowned Neurosurgeons, KOLs, and other stakeholders - Handle AMC/CMC and service procedures - Manage demo inventory and provide timely reports to the head office Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical/Medical Electronics or relevant field Experience: - 2-5 years Skills Required: - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basics of electronics - Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with surgeons, OT staff, and colleagues - Ability to work in an operating theatre environment - Flexibility to travel PAN India and abroad In November 2025, HRS Navigation secured USD 5 million in Pre-Series A funding from leading investors.,
