As a member of the Medical Staff department located in Mumbai, you will be expected to maintain a professional approach with all patients, staff, and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing medical cover, both routine and emergency, during your designated hours of duty and collaborating with other specialties within the institute. - Performing procedures such as Central line insertion, IV Channelization, Intubation, and operating instruments like Ventilator. - Adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols, including wearing appropriate protective gear and maintaining hand hygiene. - Monitoring patients as needed and promptly reporting any complex health problems to the relevant doctor. - Supervising the daily clinical management of patients under the guidance of Consultants. - Prescribing pain management medications and ensuring effective communication with patients, their families, colleagues, and other healthcare workers. - Completing treatment sheets with clear diagnoses in capital letters, ensuring they are dated, named, and signed by the writing doctor. - Assisting Consultants during rounds, taking independent rounds, and following up with patients for any necessary care changes. - Accompanying Consultants for rounds and preparing discharge summaries as required. - Assessing new patients upon admission and following the on-call and duty rota as per departmental requirements. - Participating in the organization's Quality Improvement Initiative and adhering to its protocols. Your qualifications for this role should include: - MBBS degree - MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine Your work experience should ideally range from 0 to 5 years.,
