You will be working in the Medical Staff department at Mumbai location with 0-5 years of work experience. As a Medical staff member, it is essential to maintain a professional approach towards patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities include providing medical cover for routine and emergency cases, working collaboratively with other specialties, and following clinical safety and hygiene protocols. You must be willing and available to see patients as required and participate in classroom and bedside teaching programs for postgraduate students. Additionally, you will assist consultants in the operation theatre, perform surgeries under supervision, and handle complex surgical problems in emergencies with the consultant's permission. Supervising postgraduate students and ensuring the daily clinical management of patients under the guidance of Consultants will be part of your role. You will also be responsible for complete patient documentation, obtaining consents for surgeries, and maintaining effective communication with patients, families, colleagues, and healthcare workers. Treatment sheets should be written with the diagnosis in capital letters, dated, named, and signed by the writing doctor. You will accompany Consultants for rounds, take independent rounds, and follow up with patients for further care as needed. Following the on-call and duty rota based on department requirements and participating in Quality Improvement Initiatives and protocols of the company are also expected.,
