What You Will Do

- Coordinate patient flow, documentation, and diagnostics within OPD.

- Assist surgeons and consultants during daily consultations.

- Conduct patient assessments, record vitals, and prepare case papers.

- Guide patients through recommended physiotherapy exercises. 

- Guide patients through investigations, billing, and follow-ups.

- Counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional hospital teams to deliver a smooth patient experience.
