Clinical Analyst

As an experienced professional in the field of product management and clinical evaluation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of upcoming products through thorough market research and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting in-depth market research to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis for upcoming products. This involves covering competitor product features, benefits, and positioning strategies. - Developing comprehensive product needs/requirements documents by closely interacting with clinicians and sales teams to validate the requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, regulatory affairs, and brand marketing to ensure the success of the product. In the realm of Clinical Evaluation, Planning & Execution, you will lead or participate in the product evaluation process. Your tasks will include: - Designing and developing clinical evaluation protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify study objectives, endpoints, and inclusion/exclusion criteria. - Developing and maintaining study documentation and outcomes. - Collaborating with regulatory teams to provide clinical evidence for regulatory submissions and literature search/study. - Monitoring and assessing post-market clinical data and real-world performance of devices. - Understanding and making necessary engineering change requests to cater to product shortcomings. You will also engage in Risk Management and technical file activities such as: - Participating in risk assessment activities, including hazard analysis and risk-benefit analysis. - Contributing to the development of risk management plans and documents. - Ensuring that clinical risks associated with the device are appropriately addressed and mitigated. - Participating in the build of the technical file for the medical device. Additionally, in the realm of Sales Evangelization, you will: - Compile data points and create sales battle cards and playbooks for effective sales evangelization. - Work closely with the sales team to evangelize products and provide detailed product training. Qualifications required for this role include MBBS, master's in nursing, BAMS, or BHMS. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
