Clinic Receptionist

As a Receptionist at Adorable Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting patients as they arrive
• Answering phone calls and managing appointment scheduling
• Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Handling billing and insurance inquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborating with healthcare staff to enhance patient experience

Qualifications:

• Graduate diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
