Job Description

Oversee day-to-day running of the clinic — reception, doctor scheduling, patient flow. Coordinate appointment booking (manual or using software like Practo, Meddo, or Lybrate). Maintain patient records in line with basic confidentiality protocol Handle patient billing (cash, UPI, insurance) and generate invoices. Maintain expense records and petty cash register. Track consultation charges, lab fees, and pharmacy sales if applicable. Welcome patients and ensure a smooth experience. Handle patient complaints or rescheduling requests. Maintain high-quality service — clean environment, short waiting time, friendly service. Keep track of medicines, consumables, and equipment stock. Place orders and negotiate with vendors (medical reps, lab tie-ups). Track expiry dates and ensure proper storage.
