Client Success Technical Associate

You will be joining Qube Cinema as a Client Success Technical Associate, where your primary role will be to serve as the technical liaison between Qube and its clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing L1/L2 support for Qube Wire customers through email, phone, and ticketing systems. - Having knowledge related to content delivery, KDMs, and playback systems as an added advantage. - Diagnosing and resolving problems with Linux servers and network connectivity. - Performing log analysis and escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels or engineering. - Guiding customers in the installation and configuration of Linux servers. - Documenting issues, resolutions, and maintaining an updated knowledge base/SOPs. - Collaborating with Technical Operations and Engineering teams for bug fixes and product improvements. - Providing remote assistance to cinemas and distributors as required. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Customer Support. - Strong knowledge of Linux (Core OS/CentOS/Ubuntu) commands, file systems, and logs. - Good understanding of networking basics such as IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is an advantage. - Knowledge of digital cinema concepts (DCP, KDM, IMB, server operations) is a strong plus. - Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Fresh Desk, Zendesk, etc. - Strong communication and customer handling skills.
