As a Client Success Associate at WeddingsDeGoa, you will play a dynamic role in building long-term relationships with our existing clients. Connecting via digital medium in adding value to them via profile updates. Driving revenue growth through renewals, sales, and new service offerings will be a part of the process . Additionally, you will manage chat functionality on our website to engage with web visitors, answering their queries and guiding them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs, inquiries, and feedback.
• Website Chat Management:
  
  • Manage and operate the channel to engage with visitors and answer their queries in real-time.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve questions, and guide online visitors toward relevant services or solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless and friendly interaction experience for all website visitors.
• Client Satisfaction:
  
  • Understand client goals and ensure our services align with their expectations.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, enhancing their experience.
• Revenue Growth:
  
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Drive client renewals by consistently delivering value and showcasing our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new packages and referrals.
• Data Management:
  
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
  • Analyze client and visitor data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Value Addition:
