Job Description

As a Client Site Services Engineer at Thrive, your main responsibility will be to provide technical hardware, software, and connectivity problem resolution to all client computers and users. You will diagnose issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions in a user-friendly manner. Additionally, you will offer one-on-one end-user training when necessary, troubleshoot printer problems, perform hardware and software maintenance, and collaborate with next-level support to resolve complex issues. Your work will be primarily conducted on-site at client offices. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve first-level problems for end-users related to workstations, laptops, software, hardware, network connectivity, and more - Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution for client software and connectivity - Document all client issues and resolutions accurately in the designated ticketing system - Set up and configure end-user PC desktop hardware, software, and peripherals both on-site and remotely - Troubleshoot and resolve network or local printer problems, PC hardware issues, and basic server, e-mail, Internet, VPN, and LAN access problems - Assist in creating FAQs and procedural knowledgebase articles for end-users - Provide support to Tier 2-3 staff with problem research and documentation - 3+ years of experience providing end-user support for current PC desktop and application software - 3+ years of experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers in a corporate networked environment - 3+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications and management software - 2+ years of experience supporting an enterprise-level userbase in the legal or financial services industries - CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent experience - CompTIA Net+ Certification or equivalent experience Thrive is an innovative technology solutions provider specializing in Cyber Security, Hybrid Cloud, Global Network Management, Disaster Recovery, and traditional Managed Services.
