Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. You will need to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and coordinate service delivery. Collaboration with internal teams to manage campaigns, projects, and service requests is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will assist in business development by identifying growth opportunities and enhancing brand positioning. Timely communication and resolution of client queries will be crucial, as well as keeping track of market trends, competitor strategies, and client expectations. Key skills required for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively, problem-solving and negotiation abilities, creativity in marketing, branding, and PR strategies, and proficiency in digital marketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
