Client Servicing & Post-Production Manager

LIVXS Films is looking for a detail-oriented and client-centric Client Servicing & Post-Production Manager who can seamlessly manage client communication while ensuring smooth post-production delivery across wedding projects.This role is critical in bridging clients, internal post-production teams, and creative timelines—from deal finalisation to final project closure.Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients from deal closure to final deliverySet clear expectations on timelines, deliverables, and formatsHandle client queries, feedback, and revisions professionally and calmlyMaintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessPost-Production & Delivery ManagementPlan and prioritise post-production deliverables (which video/function goes first — teaser, reels, functions, full film, etc.)Coordinate closely with editors, designers, and creative teamsEnsure timely movement of projects through editing, review, revision, and final deliveryTrack deadlines and follow up to ensure nothing is delayed or missedMaintain delivery schedules for multiple projects simultaneouslyProject Planning & CoordinationCreate and manage post-event delivery timelinesOrganise data flow from shoot to post-productionEnsure all deliverables meet LIVXS Films quality and brand standardsMaintain structured documentation of deliverables, approvals, and closuresClosure & HandoverEnsure all final files are delivered as committedObtain final client approvals and confirmationsComplete project closure smoothly with proper documentationWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in client servicing, project management, or post-production coordinationStrong understanding of wedding photography & films workflow (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneouslyHighly organised, proactive, and solution-orientedComfortable working with creative teams and tight timelinesCalm under pressure and client-friendly in approachWhy Join LIVXS Films:Work with a premium wedding films & photography brandBe part of high-profile wedding projectsOpportunity to play a key role in end-to-end project executionGrowth-oriented and collaborative environment
