Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager - Events, located in South Delhi. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with clients, and overseeing event execution. Daily tasks include communication with clients, handling client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer service, and working closely with internal teams to deliver successful events.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
