Client Servicing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist client servicing team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (creative, design, media, strategy, production).
• Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Support in campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Conduct basic market/competitor research and provide insights.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with presentation tools is a plus.
• Passion for advertising, marketing, and client servicing.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
