Client Servicing Intern

As an Account Management Intern, you will support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating with internal creative/strategy teams, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone interested in understanding how client-agency relationships work and how campaigns move from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (creative, design, media, strategy, production).
• Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Support in campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Conduct basic market/competitor research and provide insights.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with presentation tools is a plus.
