Job Description

Mahatta Media Solution is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client coordination for media production, eLearning, and localization projects. The role focuses on communication, project coordination, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements for media, eLearning & localization projects
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, vendors, translators)
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Skills Required

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of media / localization workflows preferred
• Good command of English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Organized, responsible, and client-focused
