Client Servicing Executive ( Female )

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage the Food & Beverage counter at the airport. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for delivering top-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the F&B counter with a positive attitude.
• Handle customer queries, orders, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure timely service and maintain cleanliness at the counter.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order management.
• Promote new menu items or offers to customers.
• Maintain billing accuracy and cash/card transaction records.
• Follow airport and company hygiene & safety protocols.
• Provide a delightful dining and service experience to every customer.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Fluent in English communication (Hindi and regional language added advantage).
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
• Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS / billing system preferred.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
