We’re looking for a proactive Client Servicing Associate to manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand requirements and relay them to internal teams
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain reports, updates, and documentation
• Support in idea discussions and presentations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command over English & Hindi
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Basic knowledge of marketing/content is a plus
