Job Summary
Experience Mandate: 1-3 years from Event Field

Job Profile: Generating new business from existing clients, Meeting requirements, Making proposals & costing, responsible for converting the pitches, maintain long term cordial relation with all clients, Supervise and ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Remuneration: As per company standards and Incentives

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
ª Generating regular business from new as well as existing clientsª Maintaining cordial relationship with all clients through various communication platformª Developing new marketing strategies for brand positioning and recallª Brainstorming with team and making proposals as per the client requirementª Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and coordinationª Strong coordination with Design and Production team to execute glitch-free eventsª Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, post event reports, etc.ª Cost management, negotiations, invoicing and fulfilling all accounting formalities with clientª Doing Research, Booking Artiste & vendors, negotiation as per requirements.ª Organizing database, managing all formats like MOM, inquiry sheet, etcª Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event.

ª Must be willing to travel.

Qualifications and Skills
Skills required:

ª Must have knowledge of Excel and be able to make Powerpoint presentation
ª Excellent oral and written communication skillsª Visually appealing presentation making, & pitching it to clientsª Good command over English language and good interpersonal skillsª Well groomed & disciplinedª Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules, regulations and formats
