EXPERIENCE: If you have up to 1.5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Corporate Account Relationship Management / corporate client Success then you should NOT miss this opportunity. IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND: i. 1.5 years in a Key Client Servicing, Client Success role in a B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality ii. Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills iii. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders iv. Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel v. Fluency in English, Hindi and other regional languages vi. Excited to travel, meet new people and build and grow relationships Key Responsibilities: 1. Primary Point of Contact to the Client 2. Promptly respond to Client queries 3. Be Polite & Professional to help develop and maintain a strong professional relationship 4. Identify opportunities for growth and upsell 5.
