EXPERIENCE: If you have up to 1.5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Corporate Account Relationship Management / corporate client Success then you should NOT miss this opportunity. IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND: i. 1.5 years in a Key Client Servicing, Client Success role in a B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance or Hospitality ii. Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills iii. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders iv. Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel v. Fluency in English, Hindi and other regional languages vi. Excited to travel, meet new people and build and grow relationships Key Responsibilities: 1. Primary Point of Contact to the Client 2. Promptly respond to Client queries 3. Be Polite & Professional to help develop and maintain a strong professional relationship 4. Identify opportunities for growth and upsell 5. Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on clients needs 6. Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the QubeHealth Product
