Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Noida. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, analyzing client needs, providing solutions, and maintaining strong business relationships. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Business Relationship Management and Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
