Client Relationship Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Support Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and efficiently scheduling appointments and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & convince client calls professionally and effectively.
• Briefing the company's services
• Maintain and update detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with Therapist & clients.
• Handling Client Queries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address client concerns and provide accurate information about services.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately without error & record,

Work Timings

• 10AM-7PM, Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:

• Completed a 12th or Graduate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
