Client Relationship Officer

Key Responsibility:

• Identify and build contacts with officials in Town Planning, Panchayat, and Sub-Registrar offices.
• Network with small builders, contractors, civil engineers, planners, and draftsmen.
• Develop relationships with hardware stores and dealers of construction materials like cement, steel, sand, etc.
• Connect with local masons, petty contractors, real estate developers, and brokers for lead referrals.
• Promote the company and its schemes in commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments.
• Conduct promotional events and campaigns at business premises and public locations.
• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials at key points in the market.
• Engage with traders' and professional associations for brand promotion and campaign execution.
• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects through direct market sourcing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
