Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with recruitment partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and students as needed.
Accurately update and track all communication from centralized email accounts within the internal CRM system and coordinate relevant updates with universities.
Proactively follow up on submitted applications and liaise with recruitment partners to resolve any pending documentation or issues.
Actively chase recruitment partners for offer letters, ensuring timely follow-up and processing.
Provide consistent support to recruitment partners, fostering smooth business operations and strengthening partner relationships.
Reactivate inactive partners by re-establishing communication and engagement.
Lead partner onboarding sessions and provide comprehensive training on the company's products and processes to facilitate a smooth integration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
