Job Description – Telecaller (Real Estate)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, generating potential leads, explaining property details, and coordinating site visits with the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from various lead sources.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Contact leads generated through online portals, websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred property locations.
• Explain property details, pricing, project features, and offers to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into potential business opportunities.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly performance targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Good listening and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of real estate and online property portals is an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales will be an advantage.
