Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong experience in the building materials or interior design industry , with a hands-on approach to managing client relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address concerns in real-time. Identify client requirements and offer customized solutions tailored to their needs. Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery. Address and resolve client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and report to management. Manage the entire client journey from order initiation to final installation. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). 3-4 years of proven experience in a building materials , or interior design company, preferably in a client-facing, or project coordination role . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel to client and project sites regularly . Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Email); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Male candidates from Hyderabad only.
