Job Description:
We are hiring a smart and energetic Client Relationship Executive for our Bhubaneswar office. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good client-handling ability, and basic knowledge of social media management and flyer creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle client queries and follow up on ongoing requirements.
Draft professional emails and maintain communication records.
Manage basic social media activities (posting, replying, updating content).
Create simple flyers/brochures using basic design tools (Canva, etc.).
