Client Relationship executive

As a Client Relationship Executive, your role involves connecting regularly with existing clients to understand new requirements or upcoming events. You will also be responsible for following up for repeat orders, festive gifting, or employee engagement opportunities. Generating leads and references through calls, emails, and networking will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requirements. Efficiently maintaining client databases, records, and communication logs is also essential. Your qualifications should include strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a good command of spoken and written English. Basic computer knowledge, especially in Excel, emails, and CRM tools, is required. Prior experience in client servicing, coordination, or telecalling will be advantageous. Being enthusiastic, organized, and a good team player are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
