Client Relationship Executive ( Preferred Female Candidates )

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telecalling to engage with potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide detailed information about jewellery collections, offers, and services.
• Assist in managing customer queries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Represent the brand with top-notch communication, grooming, and presentation.
• Support sales and marketing activities through effective customer interaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail sales (jewellery experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality.
• Ability to engage with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
