Client Relationship Executive (ONLY FEMALE)

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming enquiries from various platforms (phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.) Understand client requirements and suggest suitable photography packages or luxury car options Maintain lead records and follow-up consistently with potential clients Coordinate between the ad team, creative team, and operations to ensure smooth client communication Schedule appointments or meetings for final discussion and closures Share pricing, offers, and service details with clients in a professional and friendly manner Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with clients Requirements: Female candidates preferred Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Web Well-organized, polite, and client-friendly personality Prior experience in client service / telecalling / CRM / photography industry is a plus What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives A friendly, supportive and creative work environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing photography and luxury services brand Learning & development opportunities in client handling and brand communication
