Client Relationship Executive

Job Description:

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products or services. The executive acts as the main point of contact between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure they are met effectively.
• Provide timely support, updates, and follow-ups.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery) to meet client expectations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements.
• Promote new products, services, or offers to existing clients.
• Maintain records of client communications and updates in CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,697.57 - ₹29,978.39 per month
