Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive (Female Only)

Industry: Healthcare / Hospital
Location: Chennai – ECR, Panniyur
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (Based on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments
• Address patient queries, concerns, and service requests
• Make follow-up and appointment reminder calls
• Maintain patient records and update CRM / hospital systems
• Collect patient feedback and ensure patient satisfaction
• Follow hospital SOPs and maintain confidentiality

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Tamil & English and Hindi preferred)
• Polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly nature
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / hospital software)
• Ability to multitask and work in a healthcare environment

Preferred:

• Experience in hospital / clinic / healthcare front office
• Knowledge of patient coordination and billing basics
