Client Relations & Strategic Associate

As a Client Relations & Strategic Associate at Chillec, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and collaborating with internal teams. Your exceptional communication skills, strategic mindset, and ability to nurture relationships will be key to ensuring successful client engagement and efficient execution. You will be responsible for engaging with both existing and potential clients to organize meetings and product demonstrations. Your persistent and professional follow-up with leads, coupled with your understanding of client requirements, will facilitate effective coordination with internal technical teams to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will be maintaining CRM data, call logs, and reports, as well as supporting marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement. The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 13 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, or business development. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and regional languages, and ability to manage multiple client conversations independently will be essential. A tech-savvy individual familiar with CRM tools such as Zoho and HubSpot, you are a strategic thinker with a knack for executing plans effectively.
