We're looking for a Client Relations Executive who can act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, clarity, and long-term partnerships.

Role Overview:

As a Client Relations Executive, your role is to maintain and strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll play a key part in making sure projects stay on track and clients stay happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, communicate requirements to internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and updates.
  • Address client queries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, project status, and service feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of digital services (web design, SEO, marketing, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role or account management.
  • Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
