Client Partner - Accounts Receivable (AR Caller)

As a Customer Service Representative at the company located in Noida, India, your role involves maintaining adequate documentation on the client software for sending necessary documentation to insurance companies and ensuring a clear audit trail for future reference. You will be responsible for recording after-call actions, performing post-call analysis for claim follow-up, and resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure customer satisfaction at the first point of contact. Additionally, you are required to provide accurate product/service information to customers by researching available documentation on client systems before making calls. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain adequate documentation on the client software for sending necessary documentation to insurance companies and ensure a clear audit trail for future reference - Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for claim follow-up - Assess and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact - Provide accurate product/service information to customers by researching available documentation on client systems Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up/denial management for US healthcare customers - Fluent verbal communication abilities and call center expertise - Knowledge of Denials management and A/R fundamentals preferred - Willingness to work continuously in night shifts - Basic working knowledge of computers - Prior experience in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software considered an advantage - Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes considered a plus As part of your role, you will utilize your call center skills, communication skills, and analytical skills.
