Client Partner - Accounts Receivable (AR Caller)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining adequate documentation on the client software to send the necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference. Additionally, you will record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for claim follow-up. Your role will involve assessing and resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact. It is essential to provide accurate product/service information to customers, research available documentation including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on client's systems, and interpret explanation of benefits received before making the call.
