Client Outreach & Support

As an intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in design and client relations. Your role will involve making calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and providing support to our project managers and creative directors. This internship will allow you to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Call potential clients to introduce our spatial design services, including visual merchandising. - Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads to nurture strong client relationships. - Provide clients with information about our creative approach and services. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery. Qualifications: - Strong communication and phone skills with a professional demeanor. - Interest in spatial design and visual merchandising. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. - Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus, but not required. - A passion for design and a keen interest in the creative process is highly valued.,
