Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad Type: Field Role (Part-Time/Internship/Contractual) Stipend:Performance-Based (field activity + impact) Key Responsibilities: Visit vendors in person to explain the PepperFlick platform and its benefits Handle end-to-end onboarding : registration, documentation, menu listing, and training Collect necessary details (photos, business info, menus, etc.) and upload them to the platform Assist vendors with understanding and using the vendor app Act as the point of contact for newly onboarded vendors during their initial period Ensure vendors meet the quality and operational standards required by PepperFlick Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Gujarati and Hindi fluency preferred) Energetic and comfortable with on-field tasks and travel within Ahmedabad Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to use mobile apps and basic tech tools Prior experience in field sales or vendor relations is a plus (not mandatory) Stipend : Performance-based (field activity and impact will determine final payout) Additional Benefits: 🧾 Certificate of Experience. 🚀 Letter of Recommendation for top performers 🎓 Real-world exposure to startup operations, field marketing, and vendor management 🧠 Access to training workshops and possible placement in a permanent role 🌐 Opportunity to grow into a city-level coordinator or operational manager role in the future Show more Show less
